Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty.
Cancellations, rescheduling requests, or no-shows made within the 24 hours of the appointment will forfeit their deposit fee.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to avoid impacting other clients.
Appointments delayed beyond 15 minutes may be considered a no-show and charged accordingly.
